We are delighted to confirm that we are seeking applications for the position of Planning Records Specialist. Based at Dublin Airport and reporting to the Maintenance Planning Manager, this is a full time, permanent role and an excellent opportunity for a new graduate to join a growing business.
As a member of the of the Emerald Airlines Engineering department, the successful candidates will be involved in supporting many aspects of the Airline’s technical operation.
Maintenance forecasting and planning for all maintenance required on the Operators fleet.
Maintain aircraft records in accordance with the relevant procedures in the Continued Airworthiness Maintenance Exposition (CAME).
Control and distribution of maintenance data, including library documents, registers and manuals.
Verify all maintenance data is up to date, at the latest revision and has an up to date subscription in place for future revisions.
Control of Technical Documents and Forms.
Update of airframe, engine, and propeller logbooks.
Filing and control of aircraft technical logs.
Compilation, control and processing of work packs and/or work cards for the operator and third parties involved in maintenance activity.
Audit of completed work packs to ensure all sections are completed correctly and that any discrepancies or errors with regard to maintenance data are identified and reported through SMS system.
Label booking in AMOS of all components replaced.
Building of Component Assemblies in Amos.
Record and file completed accomplishment of modifications and repairs.
Produce monthly reports for aircraft Lessors relating to hours & cycles.
Assist with Aircraft Deliveries/Redeliveries.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
