As part of the management team in Emerald the individual is expected to play a wider role as part of the Leadership Team to help develop a unique ‘family-culture’ whereby people feel they ‘belong’ and are encouraged to become the best person they can be in their current and potential roles.  This cultural aspect of the role is crucial as Emerald Airlines must find unique ways of recruiting and retaining the best airline and customer services talent available, within the constraints that a regional airline operation brings.
