Emerald Airlines are looking to hire on a permanent basis a Part 145 / CAMO Engineering Training Coordinator to work in the aircraft maintenance department to support the training of staff maintaining the fleet of ATR 72-600 type aircraft.
The Part 145 / CAMO Engineering Training Coordinator reports to the Line Maintenance Manager Emerald Airlines Head Office at Hangar 5 Dublin Airport.
The Role
Training Needs Analysis
Work closely with the Line Maintenance Manager and CAMO Manager to identify the training needs of the Part 145 / CAMO departments on an annual basis, including induction training, SMS training, Health and Safety, and other recurrent training programs.
Training Delivery
- Deliver training to Part 145 / CAMO staff in the following areas:
- Human Factors
- SMS/Safety
- Part 145 / CAMO Induction and Recurrent AMOS
- Fuel Tank Safety and Critical Design Configuration Control Limitations (CDCCL)
- Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems (EWIS)
- Safety Investigation Techniques and Root Cause Methodologies
- Continuation Training for Part 145 / CAMO
- Part M and CAMO Regulation
- Various other Part 145 / CAMO Training
Monitoring and Renewal of Training Requirements
Monitor the expiration of recurrent training and ensure timely renewal or provision of required training for Part 145 / CAMO personnel.
Monitoring and EASA / UK Regulations towards Training Requirements
Keep all training material up to date as per the EASA / UK Regulations.
Training Records Management
Manage all staff training records, ensuring proper documentation and retention of training certifications.
Apprenticeship
Manage the apprenticeship program within Emerald Airlines.
Your qualifications and key criteria:
Training Experience
- Hold relevant training qualifications and have experience delivering Part 145 / CAMO training.
- Having received formal training or instruction in the subjects you will deliver is a distinct advantage.
Also, the candidate should be able to demonstrate the following
- Technical Expertise: Previous experience in aircraft maintenance and a thorough understanding of Part 145 / CAMO regulations, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information in a clear, engaging manner.
- Safety-Oriented: A strong focus on safety and quality in all aspects of training and aircraft maintenance.
- IT Skills: Strong background in creating training material. And it is an advantage if you have experience on the AMOS system.
