The Role

As Ground Handling Ramp Coordinator at Emerald Airlines, you will ensure the collection of information from Crew Chiefs, Team Leaders and Agents, overseeing and coordinating ramp operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely aircraft turnaround.

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Departure Messages - MVT’s (Arrivals/Departures), Delay Updates (Estimated Departures, 
Next Information Messaging)
• Delay reports for affected flights.
• Act as single point of contact for key stakeholders at Dublin Airport.
• Follow up with stakeholders where required for the provision of services such as boarding, 
coaching, fuelling, PRM’s etc.
• Updating of ACDM actions for Dublin Airport operations including EOBT/TOBT etc
• Coordinate with stakeholders on stand/gate allocation
• Ensure GSE and Staff are allocated efficiently.
• Assure all Ground Services Equipment maintenance procedures are assigned and completed.
• Responsible for managing absence and any time keeping concerns.
• Ensure effective coordination and communication across departments including OCC, Flight Ops, Inflight, Engineering, Catering and Fuelling.
• Represent Ground Handling on daily ops meetings.
• Provide daily reporting on performance, delays and issues.
• During quiet periods, perform inspections on turnarounds and GSE and record unserviceable Equipment.
• Perform a weekly ballast check.
• Conduct Daily Flight Allocations.
• Any other duties allocated by the Head of Ground Operations

Requirements 

• Proficiency in Office 365.
• Previous Aviation experience (Ramp/ Operations) preferred. 
• Previous administration experience is a distinct advantage. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Works well under pressure with good time management skills.
• Holds a full clean driver’s licence – permitted in Ireland.
• Ability to quickly interpret manuals.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Must be eligible to work in Republic of Ireland.
• Hold a valid unrestricted passport.
• Able to pass a 5-year background check
